Sally Twickler Johnston, in her current work, strives to create images that speak to her life as she knows it in the third decade of the 21st century.
Through her paintings and photographs, she explores her experiences of the everyday, while at the same time cognizant of the tradition of "recording the mundane" in the historical context of art and in our current culture.
